Qualification Details:
1. Post Name & Salary: Young Professionals. - A consolidated amount of Rs.50,000 per month shall be provided. There shall be an annual increase of Rs.5,000/- subject to satisfactory performance.
2. Essentia, Desirable & Experience:
a. Civil - B.Tech in Civil/ Structural/ Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline - M. Tech/M.Phil/ PhD or additional qualifications, research experience, published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant discipline/ field - Minimum of one year of relevant work experience
b. Water Resources - B.Tech (Water Resources) or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline - M. Tech/ PhD or additional qualifications, research experience, published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant discipline/ field - Minimum of one year of relevant work experience
c. Mechanical - B.Tech (Mechanical / Automobile) or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline - M. Tech/ PhD or additional qualifications, research experience, published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant discipline/ field - Minimum of one year of relevant work experience

m. Microbiology - M. Sc. 5. Description: Will be required to provide high quality inputs in National and International Standardization, Conformity Assessment Schemes, Management System Certification, Quality Management and Quality Assurance, Management, Administration, Finance and Accounts, as applicable. This would require demonstration of proven academic credentials, professional achievements and leadership qualities on the part of the aspirants.
6. Duration: Shall be engaged for a period of 2 years on a non-extendable basis. Further, in case a person leaves before completion of one year, he/she will be paid the remuneration on pro-rata basis. However, he/she will not get any work certificate.
