Qualification in Details:
Academic Qualifications and Related Experience: Essential: Masters in relevant field like computer sciences, demography, statistics/biostatistics, population sciences with at least 3 years’ post masters experience of handling large data sets OR Ph.D. in demography, statistics/biostatistics, population sciences with 0-1 year experience after doctorate. Strong background in research and analysis in the areas of large national surveys like NFHS/NSSO. Understanding of data innovation methodologies and designing data-based experiments preferred. Flexibility to adapt expectations and project outputs to field-level realities. Desirable: Research publications, preferably related to nutrition epidemiology and public health nutrition. Excellent analytical skills and, Experince of working with development partners/international agencies UN/World Bank etc

1. All educational professional and technical qualification should be from a recognized Board/ University and full-time. The experience requirement specified should be experience acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications required for the post. Persons working in Govt. or Public Sector undertaking should produce “No Objection Certificate” at the time of Interview
2. The qualification, experience and other requirements for the posts are relaxable at the discretion of the competent authority, in case of candidates who are otherwise suitable. Candidates not found suitable for the posts notified, can be offered a lower post on the recommendation of the Selection Committee.

4. The salary will be based on experience, qualifications, skill set, etc. of the candidates. The position is offline/part-time based with weekly contacts (minimum) with the project investigator and a monthly deliverable cum remuneration based system.
