Qualification :
1. Senior Landscape Coordinator : TAL (Terai Arc Landscape)
1. Qualifications, Experience and competencies required:
i. Post Graduate degree in biological or social sciences, development studies, management or a related field.
ii. At least ten years of work experience in the field of conservation with a strong understanding of landscape conservation issues in India and the region.
2. Desired Skills and Abilities :
i. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
ii. Existing networks with the civil society and government partners in the country for wildlife conservation.
iii. Knowledge of project development and project management processes and tools.
iv. Good writing and communication skills, written and oral; in both English and Hindi.
v. High level of interpersonal skills, especially in relationship management and consensus building and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Profile :
i. Programme Management and Coordination

iii. Programme Monitoring, Administration and Financial Management
iv. Programme Development
v. Working with the TAL Programme team for strategizing and supervising the activities and identifying new/innovative ideas for further development of the TAL programme.
vi. Working with the teams in the Secretariat and the landscape to prepare quality funding proposals for raising funds.
vii. Working on any other issues or matters arising out of this area as may be within the purview of WWF India
