i. No. of Post: 3 (OBC-1 UR-2- including , 1 post reserved for Ex-service man) *As per orders relating to recruitment
ii. Qualifications & Experience: (a) 12th Class pass with Science from a recognized Board. (b) Certificate or Diploma in Radiography (Two Years duration) from a recognized Institute.
Age : Between 18 to 25 Years

Application fee Rs.300/- shall be paid through Demand Draft/ Banker Cheque/IPO in favour of Director, Lady Hardinge Medical College and Smt. S.K. Hospital, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg, NewDelhi. The Application fees will be non refundable. No personal cheques are acceptable
Documents Requirement :
All the candidates must attach the one set of self attested photocopy of the following documents:
i) Secondary School certificate showing the Date of Birth.
ii) Certificate showing the qualification from a Recognized Institute.
iii) Certificate of OBC in the prescribed format issued by the Govt. of India.
iv) NOC in case of Central / State Govt./PSU/UT employees only
General Instruction :
