Qualification Details:
1. QUALIFICATION: The applicant should be an Engineering graduate preferably in Electronics and Communications/Telecommunication discipline with good academic record from a recognised University/ Institution.
2. EXPERIENCE: The applicant should have adequate experience at a senior level of managment in a large organization of repute, out of which at least five years during the last ten years should have been in Telecom sector.
3. DURATION OF APPOINTMENT: The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannaution or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
4. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Director (Enterprise) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director. He/She is Head of the Enterprise Business unit and is responsible for business from big corporate customers and small & medium enterprises (SMEs). He/She is responsible for all aspects of the business including Product design, Product pricing, Sales, Marketing, Customer service, Service Delivery/Service Assurance, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), Billing, Collections & Revenue Assurance and also for wholesale business alongwith planning, expansion, upgradation, operations, maintenance and management of core network assets (transmission media and other core network elements). He/She is responsible for generating revenue and driving profits in the enterprise and wholesale business.
