Documents Required:
Duly filled up application forms signed by the applicant himself should be accompanied with following attested copies of certificates and documents . (I) Educational qualification certificate; (2) Age proof certificate (class-X pass certificate IBirth registration certificate); (3) Tribe certificate; (4) Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC); (5) Trade Certificate (7) Medal achievement Certificates; (8) 4 (four) recent passport size colour photographs with self signature on reverse (one affixed on the application form at space provided and 03 (three) nos. (Securely enclosed in an envelope); (9) Self addressed reply envelop affixed with postage stamp of Rs. 51-; (8) A treasury challan of Rs. 15/- for APST & Rs.60/. for general for the post of Sub-Inspector and Rs.10/ or APST & Rs.401. for general for other posts in favour of Asstt Inspector General of Police (E), PHQ, Itanagar under Head of Account "0055" Police.
