Selection Procedure:
The selection process will be made in two stages Firstly. all the application forms meeting the minimum eligibility criteria will be shortlisted, The shortlisted applications will be ranked and provided a weight age of 50% for academic achievement and 20% for the relevant work experience. Thereafter all the shortlisted applicants fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria shall be caned for a Personal Interview in the second stage
