Other Qualification Details: 
1. Pay Scale: Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 35150/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.35150 - 1750 (9) - 50900 - EB - 1750(2) - 54400 - 2000 (4) - 62400 (16 years) applicable to Officers in Grade 'B' and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly Gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 73600/-p.m.
2. Educational Qualification (as on 01-05-2019): Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/ PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate or Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 50%) in aggregate from a recognized university or Ph.D.
3. Probation: Initial appointment of a selected applicant will be on probation for a period of 02 years, which may, at the Bank’s discretion, be extended for a further maximum period of 01 years.

Age:
The candidate must have attained the age of 21 yrs and must not have attained the age of 35 years as on 01-05-2019, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-05-1984 and not later than 01-05-1998).

General Instruction:
1. Candidates will have to visit the NABARD's website for downloading call letters for online test (Phase I & II). Intimation for downloading call letter will also be sent through email/SMS. Once the candidate clicks the relevant link, he/she can access the window for call letter download.
2. The reporting time mentioned in the call letter is prior to the start time of the test. Candidates may be required to be at the venue for approximately one hour more than the duration of the test including the time required for completion of various formalities such as verification and collection of various requisite documents, logging in, giving of instructions.
3. Admission to the online examination (Phase I & II) will be purely provisional without verification of age/qualification/category (SC/ST/OBC/PWBD) etc., of the applicants with reference to documents. Each applicant should, therefore, ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and that the particulars furnished in applications are complete/correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage an applicant does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and/or he/she furnished incorrect information or suppressed any material information, his/her candidature will be canceled and, if already appointed, his/her services may be summarily terminated without giving any notice
4. Only one online application should be submitted by the candidate. In case of more than one application for the same post, only the last valid (completed) application will be retained and the application fee/intimation charges paid for the other registrations will stand forfeited.

Selection Process:
The selection will be in three Phases as furnished below: Phase I – Preliminary Examination (Online Exam), Phase II – Main Examination will be online and will be a mix of MCQ and descriptive pattern & Phase III – Interview

How to Apply:
1. Eligible applicants are required to apply online through website www.nabard.org. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted. The application form should be filled in English only. Option for the use of Hindi language will be available for the Online/Main Examination/ Interview. Candidates can apply online only from 10 May 2019 to 26 May 2019 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
2. Candidates to go to the Bank’s website www.nabard.org/career, click on the option "Apply Online" which will open a new screen. To register application, choose the tab "Click here for New Registration" and enter Name, Contact details, and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will be sent at the given email ID and mobile number. Click on 'Payment' Tab and proceed for payment. Click on the 'Submit' button.
