Educational Qualification:
AC. Ref. Mechanic, Fitter: Passed SSC or equivalent.
Compressor Attendant: The candidates who have passed SSC & NAC in Millwright Mechanic or Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance and worked in MDL/ Shipbuilding Industry as a Compressor Attendant for minimum one year may apply for the post.
Carpenter: Passed VIII std and the National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination passed in the trade of “Carpenter”.
Diesel Cum Motor Mechanic: Passed SSC & the National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination passed in “Diesel Mechanic/Motor Vehicle Mechanic” trade.
Age Limit:
The age limit of the applicants should be in between 18-38 years as on 01 August 2019.
Salary:
Skilled Gr-I (IDA-IX): Rs. 22, 000-83, 180/-
Skilled Gr-I (IDA-VIII): Rs. 21, 000-79, 380/-
Skilled Gr-I (IDA-V): Rs. 17, 000- 64, 360/-
Semi-Skilled Gr-I (IDA-IVA): Rs. 16, 000-60, 520/-

Selection process:
Selection of the candidates will be on the basis of the performance in the following stages.

Experience in the Shipbuilding Industry
Trade Test.
