5. Desirable: Specific courses and training on monitoring and evaluation (M&E), carbon disclosures, climate finance and sustainability reporting. Ü Working with various government departments and agencies, national and international agencies, and climate change-related programmes and projects; Working on systems for development projects and programmes; climate modelling, GIS and Remote Sensing.

5. Desirable: Experience of preparing proposals for funding from external agencies. Experience of procurement under international funding. The applicant should have a good knowledge of the subject area. The knowledge of computer application and MS office will be an added advantage. Experience in climate change domain will be an added advantage

Qualification Details:
1. Post Name: State Programme Coordinator
2. Salary: Rs.85,000/-
3. Educational: Master's Degree or equivalent in Environmental Management/ Natural Resources Management/ Forestry Management from a recognised & pretruer Institute.
4. Professional: Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant field. Preference to applicants having experience in Project planning/ scheduling/ Gantt chart Preparation. At least four years of experience in managing programmes and projects at the state or national or international level. Experience of project 0 utflow.
5. Desirable: Proven experience in working and coordinating with various government department and agencies, non- governmental agencies, Government of India and other national and intemational agencies preferably within Bihar in climate change related programmes and projects Proven team leadership experience and ability to represent team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. The knowledge of computer application and MS office is must. Ability to prepare well researched projects. Experience in estimation, planning, scheduling, cost control, resource allocation, budget management, quality management and documentation within administrative system.
