MBA with First Degree (Post Graduate in Rural Management / Rural Development/ PGDRM/ PGDRD/ Social Work (MSW)/ Social Science).

First Category in MBA/ BE/ Math or Post Graduate in Physics
Assistant Programmer (For Janpad Panchayat):
1. BE/ B.Tech in IT subject/ Computer Science.
2. MCA/ MCM/ MSC (Computer Science/ IT).
Technical Assistant:
1. BE/B.Tech (Civil)
2. Polytechnic Diploma (Civil)
Data Entry Operator:
1. 12th (10+2) pass or 10th board pass and Three year diploma in any subject.
2. One year Diploma in Data Entry Operator / Programming.
3. Typing Speed in Hindi and English – 8000 Key Depression per Hour
Assistant Grade-3, (For District and District Panchayat):
10+2 pass and Passed the first year examination of the undergraduate course.
