Engineer:
Qualification Details:
1. Engineer  (E&C):

a. Scale of the Post: Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000 (CTC Rs.8.86 lac p. a.) + Variable Pay-PRP (Variable Pay in form of Performance Related Pay upto 25% of basic pay) (Salary will commensurate with the relevant experience)

b. Qualification: The incumbent should be Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics and Communication / Electronics Instrumentation & Control / Telecommunication with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. The incumbent should have good in academics right from X standard and onwards. The candidate should have a post qualification experience of 3 years or more in the field of Electronic Surveillance System in an industrial organization. The candidate should have hands-on working/exposure of innovation; development; installation; commissioning; operation; maintenance & support of CCTV Surveillance System, Vehicle Tracking System, Biometric Time Attendance System, IT solutions etc along with Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. The incumbent should be computer savvy.

c. Job Description: The Engineer shall be placed at factory location or any other location and may be transferred at any place across the country, if need arises. He shall report to post five levels above, but if the circumstances so require may be asked to report to an officer at any of the higher levels. The good communication skills and ability to work as part of team are desirable.

2. Engineer  (Maintenance):

a. Scale of the Post: Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000 (CTC Rs. 8.86 lac p. a.) + Variable Pay-PRP (Variable Pay in form of Performance Related Pay upto 25% of basic pay) (Salary will commensurate with the relevant experience)

b. Qualification: The incumbent should be Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. The incumbent should have good in academics right from X standard and onwards. The candidate should have a post qualification experience of 3 years or more in the field of Operation & knowledge of routine maintenance up-to 500 KVA DG Set; Handling of 11 KV switch yard; knowledge of Routine maintenance of transformers, motors and other electrical devices; Knowledge of Cable laying, house wiring, lighting system, UPS system & other electrical system, air conditioning system; Spares inventory management for maintenance purpose; Tender & contract working; Basic working knowledge of Electrical Penal, Computers, Microsoft office etc. The incumbent should be computer savvy

c. Job Description: The Engineer shall be placed at factory location or any other location and may be transferred at any place across the country, if need arises. 3. Engineer  (New Projects)

a. Scale of the Post: Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000 (CTC Rs. 8.86 lac p. a.) + Variable Pay-PRP (Variable Pay in form of Performance Related Pay upto 25% of basic pay) (Salary will commensurate with the relevant experience)

b. Qualification: The incumbent should be Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications Branch with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. The incumbent should have good in academics right from X standard and onwards. The candidate should have minimum 3 years or more experience post qualification in an industrial organization.

c. Job Description: The Engineer shall be placed at factory location and may be transferred at any place across the country, if need arises. He shall report to post five levels above, but if the circumstances so require may be asked to report to an officer at any of the higher levels. The candidate should be able to innovate solutions, undertake pilot projects and address customers’ problem in respect of Company products and its automation solutions. The candidate shall be required to complete the project timely on the customer site as required, and ensure customers’ satisfaction as well as timely realization. The candidate may be posted on assignment in the field locations as required. The good communication skills and ability to work as part of team are desirable.

d. Experience: Minimum 3 years or more post qualification in an industrial organization

Age: 35 years

Senior Engineer:
Qualification Details:
1 .Post Name: Sr. Engineer (Renewable Energy -project Sales)

2. Pay Scale : Rs. 50,000-3%-1,60,000 (CTC Rs. 11.08 Lac per annum) + Variable Pay-PRP (Variable Pay in form of Performance Related Pay upto 25% of basic pay) (Salary will commensurate with the relevant experience)

3. Qualification: The incumbent should be a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics & Electricals (EEE), with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. The incumbent should have good in academics right from X standard and onwards. The candidate should have a post qualification experience of 3 years or more in the field of Renewable Energy in an industrial organization. The candidate should have hands-on working/exposure on projects sales/business acquisition on National and International Market; tendering process; execution of Megawatt Projects; He should have knowledge of National Solar Mission etc. The incumbent should be computer savvy, and should have good communication skills. The candidate having MBA (Two Year full time) in Marketing shall be given added advantage.

4. Job Description: The Sr. Engineer shall be placed at factory location and may be transferred at any place across the country. He shall report to post two levels above, but if the circumstances so require may be asked to report to an officer at any of the higher levels. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with customers and senior officials of various Government Departments and Ministries; undertake pilot projects and address customers’ problem in respect of Company products and its automation solutions. The candidate shall be required to complete the project timely on the customer site as required, and ensure customers’ satisfaction as well as timely realization. The candidate may be posted on assignment in the field locations as required.a

Age: 35 years

Manager:
Qualification Details:
1 .Post Name: Manager (Renewable Energy -international Business)

2. Pay Scale : Rs. 70,000-3%-2,00,000 (CTC Rs. 15.51 Lac per annum) + Variable Pay-PRP (Variable Pay in form of Performance Related Pay upto 25% of basic pay) (Salary will commensurate with the relevant experience)

3. Qualification: The incumbent should be a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics & Electricals (EEE), with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. The incumbent should have good in academics right from X standard and onwards. The candidate should have a post qualification experience of 12 years or more in the field of Renewable Energy in an industrial organization. The candidate should have hands-on working/exposure on business acquisition on International Market; tendering process; execution of Megawatt Projects; He should have knowledge of Export-Import Policy etc. The incumbent should be computer savvy, and should have good communication skills. The candidate having MBA (Two Year full time) in Marketing shall be given added advantage

4. Job Description: The Manger shall be placed at factory location and may be transferred at any place across the country. He shall report to post two levels above, but if the circumstances so require may be asked to report to an officer at any of the higher levels. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with customers and senior officials of various Government Departments and Ministries; undertake pilot projects and address customers’ problem in respect of Company products and its automation solutions. The candidate shall be required to complete the project timely on the customer site as required, and ensure customers’ satisfaction as well as timely realization. The candidate may be posted on assignment in the field locations as required.
