Qualification Details:
1. Post: Primary Teacher
2. Primary Teachers (PRT):- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-years Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) AND Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NC TE for the purpose. Competence to teach through the English and Hindi medium.

Other terms and conditions:
1. The contract teachers would perform a!l the jobs related to academics inciurJing evaluation work for which no extra payment will be macle.
2. contract teachers will have no claim or right for appointment on regular basis and will not form part of the cadre of regular railway teachers, Also they are not entitledfor any other facilities entitled for regular employees.
3. selected candidates has undergo a medicalfitness examination before RailwayMedical authority before entering into the contract for their medical fitness. Alsothey should produce a police verification certificate and character certificate issued by a gazetted officer
4. lf the candidates are already in enrployment they should produce no objectioncertificate from their current employer.
5. original certificates in support of educational/Technical qualification and proof forage are to be produced by the candidates at the time of interview and registration.
6. The contract teachers shall not have any right or claim for continuity in service or extension of contract period or regularization of service.
7. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview,
8. In the event of any wrong information/fake certificates/testimonials/discrepancy inthe particulars being detected at any stage, the canclidature/contract may be terminated summarily with out any notice and necessary action as per extant lawwill ne taken against them.
9. The selected candidates will have Lo execute an agreement with Railwayadministration for their contractual appointment.
10 The contract teachers are entitled for monthly consolidated remuneration notentitled for any other perks/facilities. In case of absence from duty on working days proportionate recovery will be made.
11. Contract teachers are not entitled for vacation pay and for summer/Autumn/winter Break the remuneration payable is on pro rata.

Separate application should be submitted for each category if applying for more than one post. Candidates must bring the following original documents along with copies of the documents. Two copies Of duly filled application form in prescribed format along with self attested copies of all certificate/documents with passport size photograph. Those fulfilling the above conditions may attend walk-in-interview as per above programme along with two sets of duly filled applications form with the copies of documents. If sufficient space is not available for qualification and experience colors separate sheets may please be used for the same. Candidates while applying should indicate past service rendered if any including the period of service put in by them in Railway Schools.
