Subject: Filling up of two posts of Deputy Controller of Aid, Accounts &Audit in LEVEL-II (Rs.67700-208700) in the Pay Matrix in Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs on Deputation basis.
The undersigned is directed to state that it is proposed to fill up two posts of Deputy Controller of Aid, Accounts & Audit in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance in the Level-II (Rs.67700-208700) of 7th CPC Pay Matrix, on deputation basis. The eligibility conditions for the recruitment of the post are given in Annexure-I.
1. Name of the post: Deputy Controller of Aid, Accounts &Audit
2. Number of vacancy: Two
3. Classification: General Central Service, Group-'A', Gazetted Ministerial
4. Level in the Pay Matrix: Level-11(Rs.67700-208700) in the pay matrix
5. Deputation: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union territory Administrations or autonomous or statutory organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or recognized research institution: holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;or
(ii) with five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level-IO in the pay matrix (Rs.56100-177500) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department;and
(b) Possessing five years experience in Finance or Budgeting or Accounts division of any Department or Organization.
6. (The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly deputationist shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Period of deputation (including short term contract) including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 4 years.
Age: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall be, not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications).

Selection will be Deputation Basis.
How to Apply :
It is requested that Applications in (duplicate) from the eligible and willing officers who can be relieved immediately on selection, may be forwarded in the prescribed proforma as in Annexure-II to this department within 60 days from the date of publication in the Employment News alongwith the following documents:
(i) CR dossiers containing CRS for the last five years. In case of photocopies of CR dossiers, it should be duly attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India. (Attestation on each page).
(ii) Vigilance/Disciplinary clearance.
(iii) Integrity Certificate.
(iv) A statement showing major/minor penalties imposed during the last 10 years. The statement is also required in case of 'NIL' information.
(v) Cadre clearance.
3. Applications received incomplete, otherwise than through proper channel and without the above mentioned documents and after the due date will not be entertained. Further, the candidate who applies for the post will not be allowed t with/raw his candidature subsequently.
