Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBPF) proposes to engage Specialists Medical Officers for its various locations/formations at Greater Noida, Chandigarh & Dehradun (purely on contract basis) as per the terms & conditions mentioned below and details attached
1. Name of the Post: Specialists Medical Officers
2. No of Post: 10
3. Stipend Monthly: Rs. 85000/-
4. Essential Qualification:
(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (Other than that licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualification included sub-section(13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(ii) Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty as mentioned in section- A of section - b of Schedule-VI or equivalent.
(iii) Experience : 1 1/2 years experience for post graduate degree holder & 2 1/2 years for diploma holder in the concerned specialty after obtaining the Post Graduate Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
Age:
All doctors appointed will not continue on the post once he/she reaches 70 years of age.

Selection Procedure :
Medical Examination:- Candidates will be medically examined by a board of Medical Officers detailed for the purpose. Appointment will be subject to medical fitness.
