Qualification Details :
Accordingly, applications are invited from the suitable candidates for rendering services for the positions as detailed and described below on Contractual Basis:

1. Post Name: Accounts officer

2. No. of Post: 02

3. Emolument for contractual appointment (Amt. in Rs): Rs. 65000/- per month consolidated

4. Educational Qualification -Qualified CA or M.Com along with M.B.A in Finance or CA inter.

5. Knowledge Computerized Accounting, Company Law and Taxation.

6. Experience Minimum 3 Years Post Qualification Experience.


1. Post Name: Accounts 

2. No. of Post: 08

3. Emolument for contractual appointment (Amt. in Rs): Rs. 30,000/- per month consolidated

4. Educational Qualification: Qualified CA (Inter)/ICWA, Inter/MBA (Finance).

5. Knowledge: Tally, Accountant, Internet, Basic Taxation and Knowledge of Company accounts.

6. Experience: Minimum 2 Years Post Qualification Experience


1. Post Name: MIS Manager

2. No. of Post: 01

3. Emolument for contractual appointment (Amt. in Rs): Rs. 60,000/- per month consolidated

4. Educational Qualification: Qualified BCA/MCA/B.Tech/B.E. from a Recognized University With 55% marks.

5. Experience: Minimum 5 Years Post Qualification Experience.

Age Limit:
Upper Age Limit (As on Last date of Application) 35 - 45 year

Terms and Conditions:
1. The successful candidates will be required to execute agreement along with 3(three) years of service bond and their services will be guided by the Service Rules of Jharkhand State Food &Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. In case of re-employment, recruitment will be made as per norms issued by the Government from time to time as applicable.

2. A foresaid recruitment will be made on contract basis initially for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of appointment, which may be extended for an additional period of two years approved on annual basis in case of services found satisfactory. However, Services may be terminated in case of unsatisfactory performance.

3. The Company reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment wholly or partly, if so required. No claim will be entertained in case of such cancellation/postponement.

Selection Process:
1. The shortlisted candidates would be called for personal interview in Ranchi on the date and time communicated to them through email/mobile only. The candidate will have to appear before the interview board and they have to bear the entire cost of transport, logistics, etc.

2. The list of shortlisted candidates for interview will be uploaded on the website- Jharkhand.gov.in Department Food, Public Distribution & Consumer Affairs Recruitment at Resources Head under Notice & Circulars Section.

3. The recruitment shall be on the basis of evaluation of academic marks, experience and as well as interview.

1. Last date for receiving the application is 03.03.2022 till 05:00 pm. (On all working days from 10.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M except holidays). Applications received after this date and time shal not be considered.
