Accounts Assistant, Territory Sales Incharge - 03 Posts

Education Qualification :

1. Name of the Post: Accounts Assistant

2. Desired Candidate Profile: The candidate should preferably be first class graduate / post graduate in Commerce. S/he should also have minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, Financial Management and other allied areas. The candidate having knowledge of SAP FICO will be preferred.

3. Roles and Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for Branch Accounting functions. The major responsibilities includes:

a. Ensuring maintenance of Books of accounts including finance management and Assets Accounting

b. Ensuring implementation of standard procedures relating to arrival of stock

c. Maintenance of stock

d. Physical verification of stock and Reconciliation with Book Stock

e. Invoicing

f. Reconciliation of Vendor/Supplier Ledger

g. Reconciliation of Inter Office Balance

h. Bank Reconciliation

i. Payment Processing

1. Name of the Post: Territory Sales Incharge

2. Desired Candidate Profile: The candidate should be first class graduate in any discipline with full time & two years post-graduation in management or first class graduate in Dairy Technology / Food Technology. They should also have minimum 1 to 2 years of FMCG sales experience. The candidates having knowledge of local language need only apply.

3. Roles and Responsibilities: 

a) The candidate will be responsible for Sales & Distribution function for our range of product for assigned territory. Operating one of our 4 distribution highway: Fresh, Frozen, Chilled and Ambient.

b) The candidate will be responsible for market coverage as well as market penetration for assigned territory. The major responsibility includes sales planning, Logistics & Distribution Management, WD & Territory Management, Product Promotion, New Product Launches, Achievement of sales targets etc.

c) The candidate will be also responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development. S/he is required to track and analyse competitors’ activities and suggest countermeasures from time to time. Their success will be measured by the delivery of business critical goals, growth and gain in market share.

Desired Candidate Profile: The candidate should be first class graduate in any discipline with full time & two years post graduation in management with specialization in marketing or first class graduate in Dairy Technology / Food Technology / Hotel Management / Agri. He should also have minimum 1 to 2 years FMCG sales experience. The candidates having knowledge of local language need only apply. The candidates with good academic record and Job Experience will be preferred.

3. Roles and Responsibilities: 

a) The candidate will be responsible for Sales & Distribution function for our range of products at any of our branch location across India. Operating one of our 4 distribution highway: Fresh, Frozen, Chilled, Ambient in a specific geography.

b) He/She will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development for given area. His/her success will be measured by the delivery of business critical goals, growth and gain in market share. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about customers, categories and channel challenges, with the ability to build and maintain infrastructure and teams.

c) The major responsibilities includes: sales planning, Logistics & Distribution Management, WD & Territory Management, Product Promotion, New Product Launches, Achievement of sales targets etc.
