Sports Authority of India 2022 Jobs Recruitment Notification. SAI inviting applications for the positions of High Performance Analysts. Interested and Eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

Education Qualification :

Sports Authority of India (SAI) is an autonomous organization under the administrative control of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports with its Head Quarters at Jawaharlal Nehru Sports Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003.

3. Consolidated Pay/ Monthly Remuneration: Rs 1,05,000

4. Total no of vacancies are 26, 13(Unreserved), 7(OBC), SC(3),ST(1),EWS(2).

5. Minimum Essentialqualification Criteria: Masters in Biomechanics from a recognized university with minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field post completion of essential educational qualification. OR Masters in Psychology from a recognized University & minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field post completion of essential educational qualification.

Age Limit

: Not less than 26years but not exceeding 35years as on the closing date for submission of online application. Relaxation of age limit for SC/ST/OBC/Ex- Serviceman shall be as per DoPT OM No 15012/2/2010-Estt9D0 dated 27.3.2012.

Terms and Conditions:

(i) Tenure: Initial contractual engagement will be for 1 year, further extendable in cycle of 1 year up to a maximum of 5 years on the basis of performance.

(ii) The engagement of HPA on contract basis shall not confer on them any right for absorption or appointment on regular basis in SAI.

(iii) Age limit: Not less than 26years but not exceeding 35years as on the closing date for submission of online application. Relaxation of age limit for SC/ST/OBC/Ex- Serviceman shall be as per DoPT OM No 15012/2/2010-Estt9D0 dated 27.3.2012.

(iv) Proof of age & caste certificate may be issued in accordance with the DoPT OMs as mentioned below- Proof of age -OM No 19017/7/79-Estt(A) dated 30.11.1979 Caste CertificateSC/ST-OM No. 36012/6/88-Estt(SCT) dated 24.04.1990 OBC- OM No.36036/2/2013-Estt(Res-I) dated 31.03.2016 EWS- OM No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31.01.2019

(v) Remuneration: - Consolidated monthly remuneration is Rs 1,05,000 with annual increment up to 10% based on performance assessment.

(vi) Tax Deduction at source: - The income tax or any other tax liable to be deducted, as per the prevailing rules will be deducted at source before effecting the payment, for which the SAI will issue TDS certificates/ Service Tax, as applicable.

(vii)Other Allowances: - No TA /DA shall be admissible for joining the assignment or on its completion. No other facilities like DA, Accommodation, Residential Phone, Conveyance /Transport, Personal Staff, Medical reimbursement, HRA, and LTC etc. would be admissible to them. In case he/she is required to proceed outstation from the place of posting for official duty, he/she will be entitled to TA/DA as admissible for pay Level-10 under GOI rules.

(viii) Extension: - Performance of the selected candidates would be continuously reviewed monthly & Half yearly and their extension will be considered on the basis of periodic review /requirements.

(ix) Leave: - Personnel will be entitled for 30 days leave in a calendar year on pro- rata basis. Employee shall not draw any remuneration in case of his/her absence beyond 30 days in a year. Also any un-availed leave in a calendar year will lapse and will not be carried forward to the next calendar year.

(x) Termination:- The contract can be terminated by giving a 30 days’ notice period by either party, i.e. SAI and the employee. In cases of extreme impropriety by the employee the contract may be terminated immediately without notice.

10. A panel of HPA (Biomechanics/ Psychologists) shall be drawn & that will be valid for a period up to 1 year from the date of publishing the result. The service of candidates in waiting list may be utilized by Khelo India or any other scheme of SAI/Centre/State govt if required.

11. Decision of SAI in all matters regarding eligibility, selection and posting would be final and binding on all candidates. No representation or correspondence will be entertained by SAI in this regard.

12. SAI reserves the right to modify/alter/restrict/enlarge/cancel the recruitment process, if need so arises without issuing any further notice or assigning any further notice/any reasons thereafter. The decision of the SAI will be final and no appeal will be entertained against this issue.

13. Candidates will be informed of the final result in due course through SAI website and any interim enquiries about the result are therefore, unnecessary and will not be attended to. SAI do not enter into correspondence with the candidates about reasons for their non selection for interview/appointment.

14. Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.

15. In case of any dispute, jurisdiction of Court at New Delhi only will be applicable. 16. Further notifications/corrigendum in this regard, if any, will be put up on SAI website only.

17. In case of any dispute, English version of the Employment notice will be treated as valid.

Selection Process

1. Online applications are invited from candidates, who fulfill the essential eligibility criteria as mentioned above on contract basis at SAI.

2. In the in the event of number of application being large, SAI will adopt the following shortlisting criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be call for interview to a reasonable number by the following method.

3. Additional Qualification 10 5 PhD in relevant field/Sports field Certificate course in relevant field from accredited Institution/University

4. Work experience over and above essential work experience 10 2 marks will be awarded for every completed 1 year of work experience in relevant field up to a maximum of 10 marks.

5. Work experience in sports establishment. 10 Additional 2 marks will be awarded for every completed 1 year of work experience in relevant field at a State / National level sports organization (Govt. or Private) upto a maximum of 10 marks.

1. Online applications are invited from candidates who fulfill the minimum essential qualification criteria as mentioned above. All applicants must fulfill the essential requirement as stipulated in the advertisement. They are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess at least the essential qualifications laid down. No enquiry asking for advice as to eligibility will be entertained.

5. The applicant must possess a valid and functional email id

6. The e-mail ID entered in the form should remain active until the recruitment process is completed. No change in the e-mail ID will be entertained.

7. Candidates must apply within the scheduled time period, no application received after the last date shall be entertained.

8. Candidates must upload the documents/certificates in support of all the claims made by them in the application.
