Education Qualification :
1. Position: Business Analyst-II- UIDAI, Bangalore
2. Education : Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer science or a related field, preferably with an MBA
3. Experience :
a) 4+ years of strong professional experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or related role
b) Understanding of ALM (Agile Lifecycle Management) tools
4. Skills :
i. Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills
ii. Project management and business analysis experience
iii. Good communication and presentation skills
iv. Database and querying skills
5. CTC: Upto 16 Lakhs Per Annum

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Interact with stakeholders including UIDAI officers and partner personnel.
2. Define business and non-functional requirements. Showcase in-development features to stakeholders
3. Research, identify, gather and curate data from multiple sources to provide a complete picture of our outputs
4. Break down requirements into epics and stories. Run Iterations/Sprints for teams
5. Prepare/enhance user manuals and end user training documents
6. Define Scope, help prioritize requirements and come up with release plan details
7. Provide Level 3 support for issues faced during field operations of applications which would involve activities like debugging live issues, remote troubleshooting, etc.
