Mobile Application Developer - 02 Posts

Job Location - New Delhi

Education Qualification :

Prasar Bharati intends to engage young and dynamic persons possessing the following qualification/ competency/ experience on full-time contract basis based at New Delhi

1. Position: Mobile Application Developer (2 Nos.)

2. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in software engineering. Certifications/Specializations:- Mobile application development/ mobile computing or a similar programming-centric field of study.

3. Essential Skills:- Certificates in marketable skills to look for in a mobile development education program include iOS application development (iPhone & iPad) Swift, Android application development, KOTLIN, object-oriented programming (OOP), Java programming (Java SE/ME/EE), JavaScript, HTML, CSs, Objective-C and C+ programming, user-interface (U) design, mobile app portfolio assembly, database & OS fundamentals, and mobile media marketing & deployment. (Any one or more)

4. Essential Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant field.

Job Responsibilities

a. Should be conversant in object-oriented- programıning languages such as Java, Objective-C and C++. Develop code, test, debug, monitor and document changes for mobile applications. Skilled in the leading cross-platform development tools, such as Xamarin, Flutter & React Native. To implement application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality.

b. Should know the terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding mobile applications. Should be capable of migrating and adapt existing web applications to the leading mobile platforms. In-house mobile developers ability to work closely with other sections/departments to brainstorm and optimize deployments. Recommend changes and enhancements to existing mobile applications.

5. Remuneration:- Rs.60,000/- to Rs.80,000/- per month, which shall be negotiable based on experience and suitability of candidate.

Age Limit

Age should not be above 35 years as on the last date for receipt of applications, which may be relaxed by Prasar Bharati in deserving cases.

Terms and Conditions

1. The services will be purely on contractual basis. The persons engaged shall have no claim either implicit or explicit, for his/ her absorption or regularization in Prasar Bharati. 

2. The person engaged on full time basis will not be allowed to take up any other assignment during the period of contractual engagement. specific tasks for which they are engaged.

3. Persons engaged on contract basis can be assigned additional task apart from the organization and performance review.

4. Period of engagement shall be two year extendable based requirement of the month's salary in lieu thereof by either side without assigning any reason.

5. The engagement can be discontinued/ terminated with one month notice or one claim of pensionary benefit on account of this contractual engagement shall I admissible.

Selection Process

Prasar Bharati reserves the right to conduct test and/ or interview of the shortlisted candidates. No TA/DA etc. will be paid for attending the test/ interview.
