The qualification of the candidate should be recognized by Medical Council of
India. Certificates to this effect may be enclosed along with application.
The date, month and year of passing the degree and details of experience must
begiven clearly to assess the experience requirement.
The total experience as on the last date for receipt of notification will be taken
into account and must be indicated clearly.
The qualifications, age, experience, shall be supported by true copies.

Candidates who have not fulfilled as per the requirement, their applications will
be summarily rejected.
Candidates who are already employed (Government / Any Institute) should
forward their applications through proper channel failing which they shall not be
permitted to appear for the interview.
Incomplete applications will be rejected.

Premises, Tirupati – 517507 along with the necessary enclosures, relating to Date
of Birth Proof, Qualifications, Experience, Marks List of Qualified Examination,
Degree Certificate, Registration Certificate of MCI / State Council, Community
Certificate, Paper Publications and two passport size Photographs are to be
attached to the application form. The Filled in applications may be scanned and
sent as a single pdf format document to spchcttd@gmail.com also will be
considered.
Details of the Research Work / Publication (in annotated form) indicating index /
non-index along with attested copies and best five research works along with
citations supported by relevant documents must also be furnished. Any other
relevant outstanding National / International achievements in the profession
supported by documents if any, must also be supplied.
The decision of the institute on the eligibility of the candidates shall be final and
nocorrespondence shall be entertained in this regard.
The Trust reserves the right either to fill up or not to fill up any or all the above
posts, due to administrative reasons and the institution is having every right to
cancel the advertisement at any point of time.
Trust reserves right to alter the procedure of recruitment to the extent of
