Director (Operations) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to Chairman and Managing Director. He/She is responsible for ensuring proper operation and maintenance of Power stations for achieving high degree of reliability and efficiency of power generation and supply, keeping abreast of the technological development and adopting the same through renovation/modernization programmes to improve productivity and overcome various operational bottlenecks for sustained performance.
The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate from a recognized University/ Institute with good academic record.
Applicants holding MBA/PGDM will have an added advantage.
