Qualification :-
The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or a full time MBA/PGDM course with good academic record from a recognized University/Institution
Experience :- The applicant should have at least eight years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years, in various aspects of Corporate Financial Management and Accounts in an organization of repute.
Duration :- The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannaution or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Age: Age of superannuation 60 years
Description :-
Director (Finance) is a member of the Board of Directors of the subsidiary and reports to Chairman and Managing Director. He/She is overall incharge of finance and accounts of the organization and is responsible for evolving and formulating policies relating to financde and accounts as well as implementation thereof
