Project Assistant/Project Junior Research Fellow - 01
Job Location: Mohali
Salary: Rs. 14,000 - Rs. 25,000/- Per Month
Qualification Details:
1. Essential: M.Sc./M.Tech degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences/Bioscience/Nano Sciences & Nano-technology with strong desire to work in the area of Cancer Nanomedicine.
2. Desirable: Candidate having working experience in Western Blotting, immunohistochemistry, mammalian cell culture, animal model will be preferred.
3. TITLE OF THE PROJECT: Nanoparticle-mediated inhibition of PRDX2 for selective killing of CHEK2-defective colorectal cancer cells by synthetic lethality
Age: Must not be over 28 years as on 8 th Feb 2018 which is relaxable for certain reserved categories as per rules of Government of India

Institute of Nano Science and Technology, Habitat Centre, Phase 10, Sector 64, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab
General Condition:
a. The position is purely temporary and on contractual basis and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of one and a half year years. The position is co-terminus with the project. Candidate selected for this position can also apply for the regular PhD program of INST provided they satisfy eligibility criteria.
b. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
c. Original documents of age proof/certificates/degrees/mark sheets and other testimonials must be presented along with the self-attested photocopies of these documents at the time of interview.
