Chief Information Security Officer:
Salary: Rs. 59,170 - Rs. 66,070/- Per Month
Qualification Details:
1. Post Name & Probationary period: Chief Information Security Officer - Scale- V & One year
2. Educational qualification as on 01.12.2017: First class Engineering Graduate (Computer Science/IT)/ MCA/ M.Sc (Computer Science/IT) with any one of the below certifications:Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) . Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
3. Relevant full-time post qualifications experience & skill set (as on 01.12.2017): 10 years of working experience in supervisory or managerial cadre in handling Information Technology (IT) related functions of which 2 years of experience in information security domain in a Public Sector Bank / Private Sector Bank/ Foreign Bank/ Financial Institution/ Large organization. Hands-on experience on managing information/ cyber security systems and having exposure in formulation and implementation of information security policies and procedures. The applicant must be working in minimum scale — IV having relevant experience in PSBs or equivalent Cadre/Grade in other organization.
4. Job role & responsibilities:
a. Demonstrate an understanding of comprehensive security programs, including technologies and tools, architectures and network and application design and policies/business aspects of risk. Able to assess, develop and implement information security programs including organizational design and key processes/procedures. Development and implementation of security policies, standards and guidelines (IT governance frame work). Demonstrate extensive knowledge of information security standards; IS027001, ITIL, NIST, SANS. Understanding of IT specific requirements of banking industry.
b. Developing and implementing security awareness programs.Shall bring to the notice of the Board/IT Sub-committee of the Board about the vulnerabilities and cyber security risk the 7. CISO by virtue of his role as member secretary of information security and /or related committee(s), if any, may ensure inter alia, current/emerging cyber threats to Banking (including payment systems) sector and the Bank's preparedness in these aspects are invariably discussed in such committee (s)
c. Handling Security Operating Centre Operations and drive cyber security related projects in association with CIO/CTO. Shall have a robust working relationship with CRO to enable holistic risk management approach. Implementation of various Threat/ Vulnerability/ Risk Models. Planning and implementing Technical security control. Incident management responsibilities. Security monitoring responsibilities. Co-ordinating with DR committee during the BCP & DR situations. Ensuing the securing during DR processes. Any other matter, as may be entrusted by the Bank from time to time.

Cyber Security Officer:
Salary: Rs. 50,030 - Rs. 66,070/- Per Month
Qualification Details:
1. Post Name & Probationary period: Cyber Security Officer - Scale- V or IV & One Year
2. Educational qualification as on 01.12.2017: First class Engineering Graduate (BE/ B.Tech) with specialization in Information Security/ IT Risk Management/ Information assurance/ Cyber Security and Digital Threat Management with any one of the below certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) v Certified Information Security Management (CISM) . Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) + Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
3. Relevant full-time post qualifications experience & skill set (as on 01.12.2017): Minimum 10 years of experience preferably in BFSI, IT and Telecom industry out of which minimum 05 years of extensive experience in managing Cyber security. Key Skills — Keen interest in Information Security and IT Security and developments in the sector .Attention to detail, analytical abilities and the ability to recognize trends in data v Creativity and patience .Logic and objectivity. Inquisitive nature . Proactive approach with the confidence to make decisions.Methodical and well-organised approach to work . Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines .Good communication skills & the ability to interact effectively with a range of people Understanding of confidentiality issues and the law relating to them.
4. Job role & responsibilities: Assist the CIO & CTO by managing Core Cyber Security programs and handling strategic planning of Cyber security and also in ensuring regulatory compliance.. Handling the Core Security infrastructure, Security planning & security operations of the Bank. Drawing up and implementing new Cyber security initiatives, preparing cyber security architecture of the Bank to meet its projected needs to and to remain abreast of times in terms of Cyber Security procedures. Guiding and monitoring red team exercises, cyber drills etc., Manage IT security infrastructure/ Security Planning. Draw and update periodically Cyber security program for the Bank. Analyze and establish security requirements for Bank's systems/ networks.Bank is exposed to. Defend systems against , unauthorized access, modification and/ or destruction.. Incident management 8. Defining access privileges, control structures and resources. Vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments. Any other matter, as may be entrusted by the Bank from time to time.
