Educational Qualification :
Registrar :
1. The following essential qualifications and experience are required in both cases Of deputation and contract: A post graduate degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks Or its equivalent grade Of B in the UGC seven point scale.
2.At least 10 years Administrative experience in an educational institution; or comparative experience in research establishment and/or Other institutes Of higher education. Explanation: Administrative experience means experience in administrative capacity in a Government, local body Or autonomous organization, preferably connected with the Of education/languages Desirable Qualification: Working knowledge of Tamil Language. Scale of Pay: (15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs.7,600/-).
Finance Officer :
1. Essential qualifications/experience/skills required: B.Com with SAS/Master Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounts/MBA(Fin)/ACA /AICWA or in related areas. At least 5 years experience in Accounting and Audit in Central Government/ Autonomous/PSUs. Good communication and computer skills.
2. Demonstrated experience of managing finance including book-keeping,understanding maintenance of ledger entries, cash book, account entries and bank reconciliation, financial statements,maintaining cash controls,preparing the payroll and personnel administration,purchasing,maintaining accounts payable and managing of, Internal Audit etc.,Computer knowledge, computerized accounting programs, accounts payable and accounts receivables,generally accepted accounting principles, fund accounting, preparation of financial statements,preparation of financial reports,administration of employee benefits,pay rolls reporting,office administration.
Age : Not exceeding 56 years as on the date of calling of application.
