Qualification Details:
Temporary Post of District Project Coordinators [TQM-ISO]
1. Eligibility Criteria:
i. MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Total Quality Management / Organisation Development / Organisation Behaviour.
ii. Should have the ability to communicate with Panchayat Functionaries, Officials, and be comfortable working with local governments.
iii. Language proficiency in both Malayalam and English
iv. Skills in Computer Office Packages, Project Management & Data Management
2. Remuneration & Allowances: The selected candidates are eligible for consolidated pay up to Rs 25,000/- per month, and Travel allowance as per KILA norms. No other perquisites are allowable.
