1.Finance Assistant - 01
Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram
Experience:- 1 - 5 years
Qualification Details:
i. Objectives of the programme must be as follows: Biodiversity Conservation Sustainable utilisation of bio resources Sustainable use or its components and thir and equitable sharing of benefits arising out of the use 01" biological resources
ii. Conditions
1. Institutions which are involved in activities that fulfil the objectives of Biodiversity Act. 2002 01' Government ot- India and Biodiversity Rules of Kerala such as where Shanthislhal is established or Biodiversity Clubs arc run successlillly.
2. To those BMCs which are successliJlly jUlfilling the ohieclives of Biodiversity Act 2002 or Biodiversity Rules.
3. Organisations including N(iOs thal have successfully been performing such functions which fulfil the objectives of Kerala State Biodiversity Board. and have work experience for more than three years and are having 1001proof system or auditing and ensuring financial propriety.
4. A hard copy of a comprehensive report on prqiect/programme execution, audited statement of the expenditure of the expenditure incurred. utilisation certificate. details of participants. programme notice. copy of the certificate issued etc have to bc submitted immediately the event is over.
5. Awareness programs should be implemented beiOre December 3 1 Co-operation of the BMCs where the project is implemented should be ensured.
6. While project implementation in the institutions the respective Districts Proiect Officers Of the Board are required to be invited. In the notices. certificates. and the corresponding publication, the logo of the board must be inscribed.
