Power Grid Corporation of India Recruitment Notification 2018. POWERGRID inviting applications for the positions of Diploma Trainee, Junior Officer Trainee.Interested and Eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

1. Diploma Trainee - 25

Experience : Fresher

Salary : Rs.16,500/-Per Month

Job Location : Jammu, Shimla

1. Diploma Trainee (Electrical)
i. Qualification: Full Time Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electrical(Power)/Power System Engineering/ Power Engineering(Electrical) from recognized Technical Board/Institute with not less than 70% marks for UR/ OBC (NCL) category and Pass marks for SC/ST & PwD(OH)

ii. Number of vacancies : Total- 20 (UR-10,OBC-04, SC-05, ST-01) 01 vacancy reserved for PWD (OH-OL)

2. Diploma Trainee (Civil)
i. Qualification: Full Time Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Technical Board/Institute with not less than 70% marks for UR/ OBC (NCL)/ST category and Pass marks for SC

ii. Number of vacancies : Total- 05 (UR-03, OBC-01, SC-01))

ii. No.of.Vacancy: Total- 03 (UR-03)

General Conditions :
1. Only Indian Nationals who have attained the age of 18 years and above are eligible to apply.

Although these vacancies have been sanctioned for the states of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab & UT of Chandigarh, the selected candidates are liable to be posted in any of the Office/Substations/Transmission line under these states and any other office of the Corporation located in other parts of the country and abroad as per requirement

In case the candidate qualifies the written test and is called for further verification process then at the time of joining the candidate is required to produce the above uploaded documents in original
