Qualification: DM/MCH or equivalent qualification. Emoluments: Rs.82,000/- P.M for 4 hours session per day x 4 days in a week. 2. On giving under taking to be available for emergency call duty after the schedule timings Rs.20,000/- per month for visiting charges in case of emergency call)
Age : Not exceeding 64 years of age
Terms and Conditions :
1. Rule of Reservation will be implemented as per Govt. of India Rules. The appointment shall not confer any right or preference for regular appointment. In case regular candidates reports for duty, the appointment shall be terminated as per the conditions of the contract.
2. No claim for any service benefit like, PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, Promotion and Leave will be admissible.Candidates must be registered with Karnataka Medical Council or MCI before joining the post.
3. The Candidate who is in the Government Service should submit “No Objection Certificate” from the employer at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending interview or joining duty.
4. No Accommodation facility will be provided by ESI for contractual engagements. The application should be submitted in the prescribed format only at the time of interview. The applications found to be incomplete will be summarily rejected. Candidates seeking reservation benefits for SC/ST/OBC/PH must ensure that they are entitled to such reservation as per eligibility prescribed in the Notice.
5. They should also be in possession of the required certificates in the prescribed format in support of their claim as stipulated in this Notice. OBC candidates should ensure that they are in possession of valid OBC Certificate issued within the due date issued by the authority mentioned in the format.

Duly filled in application form in the prescribed format as per (available on website www.esipgirnr.kar.nic.in or www.esic.nic.in or (www.esichospitals.gov.in) should be brought during the walk in interview with all the original certificates such as Matriculation Certificate (for proof of Age), MBBS, PG/ DM/MCh Certificates, SC/ST/OBC certificate, Registration certificate with the KMC/ MCI etc. and two passport size photographs along with 1 set of photo copies of all the certificates.
