Senior Security Officer, General Manager:
Qualification Details:
1. Post Name & Post Code - Grade & Scale of Pay (Rs): GM-Security - G 120000–280000 & Sr. Security Officer - B 60000–180000
2. Required Educational Qualification & Post Qualification relevant experience as on 06.04.2018 (in years):
a. GM-Security - Graduate in any discipline with experience in defence / para military / allied services in rank of full Colonel / Group Captain/ DIG, Addl Commissioner of Police or equivalent - 17
b .Sr. Security Officer - Graduate in any discipline with experience in defence / para military / allied services in rank of Captain/ Asst. Commandant/ DSP or equivalent - Minimum 2 year of post-qualification experience in the rank of Captain or equivalent
3. Physical Fitness: Appointment to the above posts will be subject to the candidates being medically fit as per the standards prescribed for the respective posts by the OIL Medical Board. The provisionally selected candidates will have to undergo Pre Employment Medical Examination (PEME) and will be finally selected to join OIL only after he/she is declared medically fit by OIL Medical Board. The decision of the OIL Medical Board will be final and binding.
4. Posting: The posting of the selected candidates can be in any of the operational areas/offices of OIL as per requirements of the company. The services are also transferable as per requirement of the company.

Qualification Details:
1. Post Name, equired Educational Qualification, Post Qualification relevant experience as on 06.04.2018 (in years):
a. Superintending Medical Officer (Radiology) : MD (Radio Diagnosis) from a reputed medical college/ university recognized by Medical Council of India.- However should have working knowledge of computer tomography and/or MRI and should be familiar in the use of computers.
b. Superintending Medical Officer (Nephrology) - DM (Nephrology)/ DNB (Nephrology) - NIL
c. Superintending Medical Officer (Orthopaedic Surgeon) - MS (Orthopaedics) / DNB (Orthopaedics) - NIL
d. Superintending Medical Officer - MBBS - 02
2 .Grade & Scale of Pay (Rs): C 80000-220000

General Instructions
1. Documents:

b. Degree/Diploma certificate along with mark sheets pertaining to all the academic years/ consolidated mark sheet as proof of educational qualification claimed. In the absence of Degree/Diploma certificate, provisional certificate along with mark sheets pertaining to all the academic years will be accepted.
c. Order/ letter in respect of equivalent Educational Qualifications claimed, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated, in respect of equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification as per the requirement of advertisement.
Selection Procedure:
a. The eligible /short listed candidates for the post of Senior Security Officer and GM (Security) will be required to appear for Interview only.
b. The eligible/short listed candidates for the post of Superintending Medical Officer (Radiology)/ Superintending Medical Officer (Nephrology)/ Superintending Medical Officer (Orthopaedic Surgeon)/ Superintending Medical Officer will be required to appear for Written Test, Group Discussion & Viva Voce.
c. Screening and selection will be based on the details provided by the candidates, hence it is necessary that applicants should furnish, accurate, full and correct information. Furnishing of incomplete, wrong / false information will be disqualification and OIL will NOT be responsible for any consequence of furnishing of such incomplete / wrong / false information. If at any stage during the recruitment and selection process, it is found that the candidates have furnished false or wrong information, their candidature will be rejected.
