Job Location : Panchkula
Educational Qualification : LLB, LLM
Other Qualifications :
1. Qualification:
(i) 1st division in 10th and 12th Mandatory.
(ii) Law Graduate from Recognized University (English Medium).
(iii) Preference will be given to candidates who possess LLM or any higher Qualification in law.
2. Total Post - 20 (can be increased or reduced as per requirement.
3. Duties/ Responsibility :
I. Deal with all court cases from receipt till final stage.
II. Advise on legal issues pertaining to the field.
III. Discuss and prepare draft reply in consultation with the head quarter. The draft of written statement be prepared from legal cell (HSSC) as well as Office of the Advocate General, Haryana.
IV. Any other assign work related to court cases/legal matters.
Age :
Maximum age 42 years as per Govt. Instructions, however in case of reserve candidate 5 years relaxation shall be given.
Selection Process :
Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview
