Educational Qualification :
Chief project manager/ general managers must have nearly 17 years of service and working in SAG or NFSAG.
Dy. General Manager post applicants must be working on analogous posts or Group-B gazetted officer working for 10 years on regular post.
Sr. manager post applicants must be a group-b gazetted officer working from any deptt. having minimum of 6 years service in gazetted cadre.

Chief Project Manager/ General Manager-Rs. 7400-67000/- GP of Rs.10000/-
Dy. General Manager-Rs.15600-39000/- and GP of Rs. 7800/-
Sr. Manager- Rs. 15600-39000/- and GP of Rs. 6600/-
