Qualification Details:
1. Executive-I (a) (Contract):
a. B.E/B.TECH/ICWA/ CA/ MBA / PG DIPLOMA IN HR OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED FOR AREAS CONCERNED
b. In service with minimum 4 years’ experience in required/relevant area as mentioned above in Executive cadre
2. Executive-I (b) (Contract):
a. B.E/B.TECH/ICWA/ CA/ MBA / PG DIPLOMA IN HR OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED FOR AREAS CONCERNED.
b. Ex-employee above 50 yrs age with minimum 4 years’ experience in required/relevant area as mentioned above in Executive cadre
3. Executive-II (Contract):
a. CA/ MBA / PG DIPLOMA IN HR OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED FOR AREAS CONCERNED.
b. Minimum 12 years’ experience in required/relevant area as mentioned above in Executive cadre
4. Executive-III (Contract):
a. B.E/B.TECH/ICWA/ CA/ MBA / PG DIPLOMA IN HR OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED FOR AREAS CONCERNED.
b. Minimum 18 years’ experience in required/relevant area as mentioned above in Executive cadre

2.Supervisor Cum Chargeman-01 Post
Qualification Details:
Diploma in concerned branch. Minimum 12 years’ experience in required/relevant area as mentioned above in workmen cadre

3.Senior Technician Cum Operator-01 Post
Qualification Details:
Metric/10th Pass and ITI. Minimum 8 years’ experience in required/relevant area as mentioned above in workmen cadre
Age: Below 65 years
4.Technician Cum Operator-01 Post
Qualification Details:
10TH, ITI

Other Terms and Conditions:
a) Interested person having experience in any one of the above areas can apply on line only.
b) The period of contract will be maximum upto three years initially or less as mutually agreed till the age of 65 years. The initial agreed period can be extended based on performance and depending on the requirements, till the candidate attains the age of 65 years.
c) The date of reckoning the age, qualification, experience etc. will be the closing date of the receipt of application as mentioned below at para 11(A)
d) Candidate’s age should be below 65 years as on last date of application.
e) Remuneration: The selected candidates will be paid following consolidated remuneration mentioned against each contractual post and the same can be increased up to maximum 10% on annual basis in subsequent years based upon their performance.
Selection Procedure:
1. Selection will be made by a duly constituted Committee through Walk- in- drive (interview) to assess their suitability.
2. Walk-In-Drive will be held at the above venues. The date & time of Walk-In-Drive will be displayed in NMDC Website and the shortlisted candidates will be intimated through email and SMS only.
