Educational Qualification:

For Dy. General manager in legal the qualification is bachelor’s degree in law with 15 years post qualification experience, Dy. General Manager in Finance the qualification is Associate/ Fellow member of ICAI/ ICWA/ or MBA approved by AICTE with 12 years post qualification experience.

For remaining posts the qualification is PG degree/ MBA/ PGDM in relevant discipline with minimum post qualification experience.

Age Limit:

Maximum age for Dy. General manager is 44 years, manager is 36 years, Sr. Manager is 40 years and General manager is 50 years.

Salary:

Starting basic pay of selected candidates is given below.

Sr. Manager (Persnl.) E 4 Grade-Rs.20,960/- + Rs.6600/-
