Manager:
Qualification Details:
1. Manager – Application and Database security:
a. Education: University degree in the field of computer science or IT.
b. Experience/ Qualification: A minimum of 6-8 years of IT experience with at least 4 years developing and implementing Applications (Client, Web and Mobile) and having complementary knowledge of databases Good project management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of application and mobile development languages, databases MS SQL, DB2, Oracle and Sybase and security best practices related to the same. Knowledge of banking applications like NEFT, RTGS, Core Banking and related security.
c. Responsibilities:
a. Define application related security policies, guidelines, strategy.
b. Define security guidelines for application development (secure SDLC, Secure coding practises etc.).
c. Define database related security policies, guidelines, strategy.
d. Define security guidelines for database hardening.
e. Experience in working on Database activity monitoring (DAM) solutions would be added advantage.
2. Manager – VAPT
a. Education: University degree in the field of computer science or IT.
b. Experience/ Qualification: 5+ years of Information Security background is essential. Experience in evaluating the control environment through Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, Red Team assessments. Evaluation of security technologies to detect vulnerabilities A high level appreciation of Security Architecture and Infrastructure Should be familiar with the best practices of OWASP, SANS Institute, ISACA, GAO, FISCAM, NSA, NIST, Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) Develop a framework to test compliance of applications / systems.
c. Responsibilities:
a. Conduct internal / third-party Ethical Hacking / Vulnerability Assessment / Penetration Testing, Red Team assessment on business critical assets and processes.
b. Liaison with external ethical hacking / penetration testing for RBI projects.
c. Coordinate with security intelligence framework to obtain latest threats & vulnerabilities.
d. Prepare security effectiveness reports for management.
3. Manager – Security Program Management Office:
a. Education: University degree in the field of computer science or IT.
b. Experience/ Qualification: A minimum of 6 years of IT experience with 3 years in project management office Structured project management experience in deploying security-related initiatives Evaluation of security technologies to detect vulnerabilities Excellent project management skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledgeable about governance, risk and compliance systems and how to design a GRC frame work.
c. Responsibilities:
a. Develop, implement, and maintain an information security program, plan, and processes.
b. Experience in implementing ISO 27001 or PCI – DSS programs.
c. Identify, manage, and maintain the work products required to implement the information security program and plan.
d. Communicate with and report to (as required) all internal and external stakeholders.
4. Manager – Threat Intelligence:
a. Education: University degree in the field of computer science or IT.
b. Experience / Qualification: A minimum of 3/5 years of IT experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good Analytical and self-development skills. Prior experience working in SOC would be added advantage.Strong technical skills on OS, Networks.
c. Responsibilities:
a. Work closely with SoC team and provide them threat intelligence.
b. Develop threat assessment reports.
c. Analytical support to SOC team.
d. Conducting risk assessments.
5. Manager – Security Engineering:
a. Education: University degree in the field of computer science or IT.
b. Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of IT experience Good project management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Senior Manager:
Qualification Details:
1. Sr. Manager/Manager – Web and OS security
a. Education: University degree in the field of computer science Or IT.
b. Experience: A minimum of 6 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in managing Operating systems and Web servers within a multi-platform environment Good project management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills Should have experience in implementing and managing operating systems of various flavours like Linux, HP UX, Windows Ability to lead security solution evaluation, purchase and implementation.
c. Responsibilities:
a. Define security policies, guidelines, strategy related to Operating systems and Web systems.
b. Should have experience in implementing and managing web servers like Apache, IIS etc.
c. Define security guidelines and hardening documents for OS and Web, to ensure implementation of the same.
d. Connect with sources who help update on current industry trends and security challenges.
2. Senior Manager /AVP – Incident Response:
a. Education: University degree in the field of computer science or IT.
b. Experience/ Qualification: A minimum of 8 years of IT experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Good Analytical & development skills Ability to manage teams Strong proficiency and recent experience performing NETFLOW and PCAP analysis using common analysis tools Strong technical skills on OS, Networks, Web Excellent practical knowledge of more advanced concepts of threat management, incident handling, event monitoring, and vulnerability management in a large enterprise.
c. Responsibilities:
a. Create the Incident response framework for the organization.
b. Responsible for BCP/DR of the organization.
c. Responsible to develop the Malware analysis & Forensics capability of the organization.
d. Develop Incident Response reports and present to senior management on action taken.
e. Assist & guide security teams to implement security measures.
f. Connect with sources who help update on current industry trends and security challenges.
