UPSC Jobs Recruitment Notification 2019.Union Public Service Commission inviting applications for the positions of Livestock Officer, Assistant Legal Adviser, Multiple Vacancy.Interested and Eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

Other Qualification Details: 

Livestock Officer:
1 .Post Name: Four Livestock Officer, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying (UR-04). The posts are suitable for Physically Challenged Persons viz. Deaf and Hard of Hearing /Locomotor Disability /Cerebral Palsy /Leprosy Cured/Dwarfism/ Acid Attack Victims /Muscular Dystrophy with disability i.e. Deaf (D) or Hard of Hearing (HH) or One Leg affected (R or L) (OL). The posts are permanent.

2. Pay Scale: Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group `A’, Gazetted Non- Ministerial.

3. Qualification: (i) A Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry as listed in the First and Second Schedule of the Indian Veterinary Council Act. 1984 from a recognized university or institution. (ii) Registration in the Veterinary Council of India or Veterinary Council of States.

4. Experience: the Veterinary Council of India or Veterinary Council of States. (B) EXPERIENCE: One years’ experience in the Cattle and Livestock Development or Animal Health or Poultry or Meat and Meat Products from Central/State Government/Union Territory Administration Departments or Statutory/Autonomous Institutes or related Organizations recognized by the Government. NOTE- I: The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

5. Desirable: (i) Master’s Degree in Veterinary Science from a recognized university or institute; or (ii) Two years’ additional experience in the Cattle and Livestock Development or Animal Health or Poultry or Meat and Meat Products from Central/State Government/Union Territory Administration Departments or Statutory/Autonomous Institutes or related organizations recognized by the Government.

6. Duties: (i) To assist the Livestock Health Related schemes run by State Government agencies. (ii) To assist the policy and planning work of Livestock Health related issues for the Government of India. (iii) To coordinate with International Bodies/Institute like OIE, APHCA, and FAO on policy, planning and maintenance of Livestock Health and the latest development in the field. 

Age: 35 years

Assistant Legal Adviser:
1 .Post Name: Five Assistant Legal Adviser, Enforcement Directorate, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance (ST-01, OBC-01, EWS-01, UR-02).

2. Pay Scale: Level-11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

3. Qualification: (i) Degree in law from a recognized University or equivalent*; * Note: Equivalent degree is LLB OR Master’s Degree in law from a recognized University or equivalent*;

4. Experience: (i) For LLB degree Holders: - Three years experience at bar dealing with criminal laws or fiscal laws. (ii) For LLM degree Holders: - One year experience at bar dealing with criminal laws or fiscal laws

5. Duties: (i) To give advice on all matters referred by the various Ministries/Departments of the Government of India. (ii) To Look after Government litigation work. (iii) To appear in courts on behalf of the Central Government, wherever required and (iv)To perform administrative and other works as may be assigned.

Age: 40 years

Deputy Fire Adviser:
1 .Post Name: One Deputy Fire Adviser, Directorate General of Fire Services, Civil Defence & Home Guards, Department of Disaster Management Division, Ministry of Home Affairs (UR-01).

2. Pay Scale: Level-11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group `A’, Gazetted Non-Ministerial.

3. Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Fire Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

4. Experience: Four years experience in Fire prevention or Fire protection or Fire fighting or Fire Training in the Fire Department of any organization.

5. Duties: Handling of all matters related to fire and emergency services. To advise the State Government/Central Ministries and coordinate the requirement of fire fighting equipments and appliances for fire services. H

Age: 40 years

Medical Officer/ Research Officer - Any Graduate
Assistant Director - BVSC

Application Fee: (a) Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card. (b) No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community. No "fee exemption" is available to OBC male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee. (c) Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be entertained. (d) Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance nor can the fee be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.
