Documents :-
Documents requirement for ESM and Ex -Women Employee :
1. Ex - Servicesmen : (a) Discharge book. (b) PPO in original and Photostat. (c) ESM Identity Card. (d) Seven colour Photographs in passport size.
2. Ex -Women Employee : (a) Pension Order in Original and Photostat. (b) Certificate from the concerned deptt where the lady served for 20 yrs. (c) Seven colour Photographs in passport size.
Documents Required for Direct candidate (Open Market) :
1. Birth certificate issued by Registrar of Birth and death or 10th class board certificate showing date of birth.
2. Nativity/ State/ Domicile certificate issued by Tehsildar/ SDM/ DM/ DC.
3. Character Certificate (Issued within last six month) duly signed by Sarpanch/ SHO/Principal of School only
4. Mark Sheet for 10th class and 12th class and above if available.
5. Married/ Unmarried certificates from Sarpanch/ Gram Pradhan/ SDWDM/DC.
6. Relationship certificate issued by Record office concerned only of father's discharge book of children of servicemen/ Ex-servicemen/ War widow.
7. Joint photograph with family members 10 copies (Including self, mother, father, unmarried brother and sister.
Terms and Conditions :-
1. The embodied service will be 08 months in a year.
2. Ex-servicemen and Ex-women employees (including premature retiree) of MoEF & CC and State Forest Department, except Junior Commissioned Officers on recruitment, will be enrolled as Sepoy similarly, Ex- Junior Commissioned Officer and Class II or equivalent Ex-women employees of MoEF&CC and State Forest Department will be enrolled in the rank of Naib Subedar.
3. Ex-Servicemen and Ex-women employees enrolled as Other Rank (OR) will serve only upto 50 years of age.
4. Ex-Junior Commissioned Officers and Class - II or equivalent Ex-women employees can serve upto 55 years of age.
5. The Period of enrollment of enrolled persons will be 02 years commencing on and from the date of enrolment of service in Infantry Battalions (TA) Ecological unit and may be extended 01 year at a time, subject to satisfactory performance and suitability for further retention in service.
6. Annual increment and gratuity will not be admissible to Ex-Servicemen and Ex-women employees (including premature retiree).
7. 30 days annual leave and 15 days casual leave is authorised for part time staff.

How to Apply :-
The authorities conduction the rally will not be responsible for any accident/ injuries to the candidate during recruitment rally. Willing candidate to be present at 0600 hrs on the given date alongwith the aforesaid documents as per the above mentioned conditions. Recruitment rally of 130 InfBn (TA) Eco Kumaon will be conducted at 0600 hrs at Battalion Headquarters, Pithoragarh from 07 Nov to 10 Nov 2019 as per the following schedule : (a) Documents checking and Physical test : 07 Nov 2019. (b) Med test of selected persons in physical test : 08 to 09 Nov 2019. (c) Interview : 09 to 10 Feb 2019.
