3. Qua : Post graduate degree or post graduate diploma from a recognized university/institute in management "social work/ Social science "human resourece/' rural management/publi c health
4. Exp : Candidate should have worked in development projects in government or at non-government organization for at least 3year with at least 1 year of experience in public Health/ Sanitation Sound professional skills in planning implementation monitoring and repotting Of rural development programme. The knowledge of computers and its operation would desirable. Person already worked in WASH programme will be given preference. Or preference. Or person posses M.Phil or Ph.D.wiII be given preference.
