Qualification:
No candidate shall be qualified for the post of District Judge (Entry Level) in Higher Judicial Service by direct recruitment from Bar except the candidates satisfying the conditions below:
The candidate holds the citizenship of India
Candidate age should be of 35 years and has not accomplished the age of 45 years, as on 17.01.2020.
Candidate has practised as an Advocate for not less than seven years continuously as on 17.01.2020 (certificate of the competent authority is required).
Government Officers will be employed to be an Advocate and eligible as per judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 561/2013 Deepak Aggarwal Vs. Keshav Kaushik & Others.
Candidates must have good character and are of good health and free from any physical defects.
The candidate shall also have to provide at least 10 cases, and detail of court concerned Courts in which the candidate is deserved appearance holding an advocate, together with the individual-attested copy of the Judgments and Final orders.
Pay Scale:
Madhya Pradesh District Judge (Entry Level) in the salary scale of Rs. 51550/ – to Rs.63070/- in the staff of Higher Judicial Service through Direct Recruitment.
