Qualification Details:
Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), a Navaratna Company under Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India, having 7.3 MT capacity Integrated Steel Plant at Visakhapatnam with Marketing Offices throughout the country and three captive Mines in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States, invites eligible, competent and interested doctors to apply for the post of Medical Officers on Contract / Tenure basis for its 160 bedded modern hospital (Viskha Steel General Hospital) at Visakhapatnam.

2. No. of Posts Medical Officers : 04 (Four) (UR: 01; OBC-NCL:01; SC:01; EWS:01)
3. Minimum Qualification & Experience: Degree in Medicine i.e. MBBS recognized by either State Medical Council or Medical Council of India. (MCI). Two years Post qualification experience as on 01.07.2020 is desirable.
4. Duration of Engagement: Engagement will be on Contractual basis for ONE Year from the date of joining. The same is extendable on yearly basis upto a maximum period of 3 (three) years at the discretion of the Management. Each term will be a fresh contract and at the end of each yearly term, contract will be deemed to have been expired. In case of extension, the extended term shall be treated as fresh contract of service and not as continuity
5. Accommodation: Accommodation shall be provided to the Appointees in the Company’s Township on request and on recommendation by HoDs, subject to availability. The charges for water and electricity on actual consumption and HRR for accommodation will be payable to RINL by the Appointee at the rate as applicable to equivalent grade of regular employees.
6. Medical Facility: Medical facility available at RINL hospital shall be extended to Self and dependent Family Members. However, no reimbursement of expenditure on account of purchase of medicine shall be made. Outside referrals for treatment/consultation shall not be permissible
7. Termination of Contract: The contract will stand terminated at completion of the prescribed tenure. The contract may also be terminated during the tenure with two month’s notice in writing by either side.
8. Remuneration/ Honorarium: A consolidated pay of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousands only) per month.
Age: 40 years as on 01.07.2020 Age is relaxed by 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates; 5 years for SC Candidates
Document Required:

Selection Procedure:
The Mode of Selection is through Shortlisting of eligible applications. Depending on the number of eligible applications received the selection process shall vary i.e., through Online test and Personal Interview followed by Medical Examination (or) Personal Interview followed by Medical Examination.
