Indian Railway Rail Wheel Plant Jobs Recruitment Notification 2021.Indian Railway Rail Wheel Plant inviting applications for the positions of Trainee Apprentice.Interested and Eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

Qualification Details:

Online applications are invited by Rail Wheel Plant, Bela from the candidates having qualification of B.Tech/B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Computer/IT Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Computer/IT Engineering for enrolment as trainee Apprentices under Nation Apprentice Training Scheme, a scheme under ministry Of Human Resource Development, GOI.

Preference will be given to those candidates who reside in nearby districts such as Saran, Vaishali & Patna of Bihar. The details are as under:

i. B.Tech/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engg - 04
ii. B.Tech/B.Sc. in Electrical Eng - 03
iii. B.Tech/B.Sc. in Electronics Instrumentation/ Computer/ IT Engg. - 03
iv. Diploma in Mechanical Engg - 35
v. Diploma in Electrical Engg - 15
vi. Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation.Computer/ IT Engg - 10

3. The Notification Is Related With Enrolment Of Trainee Apperentics For Training. It Is Not A Recruitment Notification.

4. Eligibility Conditions:

a. Candidates belonging to the districts of Saran, Vaishali & Patna of Bihar will be preference for given enrolment for training.

b. Qualifications: Candidates should have the educational qualifications indicated for notified training in the notification from recognized Institutes/Universities/Boards as on the closing date of the application. The details of the academic qualifications are as under. Those awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed educational qualification Should Not apply.

c. Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technology or regular B.E. or full time regular Diploma in the listed fields from maximunm recognized Board/University. The total marks and total marks obtained for all Years/Semesters will be summed up to arrive at an aggregate percentage. No rounding off will be done and no weightage will be given to any particular Semester/Year.

i. B.E (Mechanical): Four years Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/ Automobile/Production Engineering from a Recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE

ii. B.E (Electrical): Four years Bachelor degree in (i) Electrical/Electronics & Power Engineering or (ii) Combination of any sub stream of Basics streams of Electrical from recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE.

iii. B.EInstrumentation/Electronics/Computer/1.T.): Four years Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Telecommunication/ Computer Science/I.T. Engg. from a Recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE.

iv. Diploma (Mechanical): Full time regular Diploma in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Automobile/Production Engineering from University/Institute recognized by AICTE

v. Diploma (ElectricalD: Full time regular Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics & Power Engineering or a combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Electrical /Electronics from recognied University/ Institute.

vi .Diploma (Instrumentation/Electronics/Computer/I.T.): Full time regular Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communicationrrelecommunication/Computer Science/I.T. Engg. From recognized University/lnstitute.

5. No additional weightage will be given to the candidate who possesses higher qualification along with above minimum essential qualification.

a) Physical Fitness: Candidates should satisfy minimum standard of physical fitness as prescribed in the notification and the standards prescribed for imparting training to the relevant trade. The medical fitness shall be certified by RWP/Bela Medical Authority in respective medical category. The expenses for Medical examination shall be borne by the candidate.

b) Previous training: Candidates who have already undergone or currently undergoing Apprenticeship training under National Apprentice Training Scheme in any Government/Public Sector Undertaking/ Private Industrial Organization are not eligible to apply

c)The candidates who want to avail the benefit of reservation of SC/ST, must produce his/her Caste ertificate in Central Government format issued by appropriate authority at the time of Document Verification. Similarly, the candidates who want to avail the benefit of reservation of OBC, must produce Caste Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued on or after 01/04/2020 on Central Government format by appropriate authority at the time of Document Verification. A copy of all the documents should be enclosed along with the application.

6. Stipend: Stipend shall be payable as per following:-

i. For Graduate Engineers- 9000/- p.m.
ii. For Diploma Holders-Rs. 8000/- p.m
iii. The candidate is not eligible for any TA/DA/Boarding or Lodging expenses incurred during the period of training. RWP/Bela will not provide any financial assistance towards transportation.
iv. The candidate, who is enrolled as an Apprentice Trainee for training in RWP/Bela, is required to possess an Aadhar linked Bank Account in his own name and PAN card to receive stipend.
v. No Hostel accommodation will be provided. Selected candidates will have to make their own arrangement during their training and they will be released on completion of the training.

 7. NOTIFICATION No. RWP/BELA/APP/2020

Documents Required:
a. Self attested copies of certificate in proof of qualification (As per the qualification specified in instruction sheet)

b. Self attested of Proof of date of birth.

C. Attested copy of cast certificate in the format required for Central Government Employment as enclosed (in case of SC/ST/OBc)

d. OBC-NCL (Non-creamy Layer) certificate issued by Tehsildar as per format indicated in the Annexure in the press notification.

e. Two self attested passport size photograph.

Note:
a. Candidates who have passed out within the last 3 years (2017-2018, 2018-2019 and 2019-2020) will be considered.

b. Candidates with job experience for a period of 1 year or more will not be considered for enrolment as Trainee Apprentice.

c. When the prescribed number of persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes not (SC) are available, it will be filled by Scheduled Tribes candidates Tribes slots, in (ST). For Scheduled case Scheduled Tribes candidates are not available, filled they will be by Scheduled Castes candidates. If the candidates cannot be filled prescribed training slots for SC/ST even in the above given manner, then the training slots so lying unfilled will be filled by persons not belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes i.e. Unreserved candidates.

d. Similarly, the seats remaining unfilled by Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates will be filled by candidates of remaining Scheduled unfilled Castes by or Unreserved the Scheduled Tribes or Unreserved candidates. The seats candidates will be filled Backward Classes by candidates of Other (OBC) or the Scheduled Castes (SC) candidates (ST). This shall be or Scheduled Tribes as per merit.

e. PWD and Ex-Servicemen are not separate but included in the total number of slots.

Selection Procedure :

a. The candidates will be selected directly through the award letter issued through the NATS, MHRD (Government of India) portal for training based on the percentage of the marks obtained at the time of acquiring of BE or Diploma in relevant field.

b. In case of two candidates having the same marks, the candidates with older be age shall preferred. In case the date of birth are also same, then the candidate who matriculation exam. earlier passed shall be considered first.

C. Eligibility of the candidates will be considered only on the strength of the information furnished in the application. If at any stage, it is found that any information furnished by the candidate in his/her application is false/incorrect or the candidate has suppressed any relevant information or the candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria for the post, his/her candidature will be rejected forthwith.

1. Candidates are advised to enroll successfully at www.mhrdnats.gov.in and after approval from the respective board can apply the link available at NATS portal within 14.01.2021.

2. The candidates should keep ready the following particulars at the time of filling up the application form:

a. Active Email ID and Mobile Number.
b. Aadhaar Card.
c. Enrolment/Registration details of Apprenticeship portal (if any)
