Requirement Of Retired / Experienced Candidates With Experience In Bridge Construction / Maintenance, On Post Retirement Contractual Engagement Basis
To meet with the requirement of experienced personnel working / retired from Railways / Govt. organizations / PSUs for DMRC and its allied projects, applications are invited from retired / experienced, dynamic and motivated persons having experience of working in Bridge Construction / Maintenance for the following Executive and Non-Executive posts in DMRC to be filled on Post Retirement Contractual Engagement basis for DMRC:
Age: Age limit as on 01.01.2021: 58-61 years
Documents Required:

1. Educational Certificates (Matric / ITI / Diploma / Graduation & Others) (marks sheet and degree / diploma certificate) (for all candidates)
2. Work Experience Certificate (for all candidates)
3. NOC, Vigilance and D&AR status from present employer (in case of employees, still in service)
4. APARs of Last 5 years (for all candidates)
Important Points :
1. Vacancies are provisional and subject to increase / decrease.
2. Candidates shortlisted on Post Retirement Contractual Engagement basis will be paid consolidated fee, along with the applicable allowances, as per extant policy.
3. The fee will be based on the substantive grade at the time of superannuation and MACP will not be considered. The consolidated pay for candidates working / retired at higher Grade, will be restricted to the fee, as mentioned above.

Selection Procedure :
The selection methodology will comprise of Personal Interview. The selection process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, experience, expertise, aptitude and physical ability. The candidates will be shortlisted for interview, based on their eligibility / relevant work experience, in the ratio of 1:5, subject to availability of candidates.
A. Schedule of selection:
1. Last date of receipt of duly filled in application (along with relevant documents) through Speed post OR email is 03/02/2021. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected. DMRC shall not be responsible for loss / delay in post.
2. The list of shortlisted candidates shall be uploaded on DMRC website on 15/02/2021 (tentatively) and interview will be held in the third week of February, 2021 at Metro Bhawan, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi OR through Online mode (tentatively) (Complete details will be displayed on DMRC website).
3. No separate communication, by post, will be sent to candidates individually. Candidates are required to go through the instructions / schedule for interview displayed on DMRC website and appear for the interview, accordingly along with original copies of testimonials.
4. The final result will be declared by last week of February, 2021. (Tentatively).
