Application are invited from practicing advocates for appointment of 9 (nine) nos Assistant Public Prosecutors (For the Court of Judicial and Executive Magistrates within the Unakoti District).

3. Essential qualification: Candidate must have a Degree in Law of a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Tripura.
4. Desired skills:
a) Candidate must have practice on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 3 years.
b) Total no. Of cases conducted independently and jointly.
c) Judgement of at least 03 cases in which the applicant has appeared and conducted.
d) Previous experience, if any, as Public Prosecutor, Addl. Public Prosecutor or Asst. Public Prosecutor.
e) Integrity and professional efficiency certificate.

How to Apply :
1. The candidate must submit ink signed original application by 5.30 p.m of 8th February, 2021 as per format given below alongwith one attested copy of testimonials/documents addressed to the undersigned. No application will be received after 5.30 p.m of 8th February, 2021.
2. The candidate should also produce original documents/ testimonials at the time of interview before the committee.
3. Incomplete application in any form or defective & containing incorrect statements or suppression of facts will summarily be rejected.
4. The date, venue and time pf interview will be intimated later on.
5. The Chairman, interview Board reserves the right to cancel or reject application without assigning any reason thereof.
6. No. TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing at the interview.
