Notification for selection from eligible departmental candidates for the post of Min ng Sirdar in T&S Gr. C for 238 posts and Surveyor (Mining), T&S Grade B for 36 posts has been issued vide notification
No. WCL/lR/MP/SELECTlON/2020-21/1421 dated 01.01.2021. The Minimum qualification required in the notification dated 01.01.2021 for departmental selection to the post of Mining Sirdar is hereby be amended as follows:

3. Minimum Qualification
a) Valid Certificates of Mining Sirdarship, First Aid Gas Testing. Experience :3years experience of working in Underground Mines. OR
(i) Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying,
(ii) (ii) Overman Competency Certificate issued by DGMS, AND
(b) Valid Gas Testing Certificate issued by DGMS
(c) Valid First Aid Certificate
Selection Procedure :
Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview
