National Capital Region Transport Corporation 2021 Jobs Recruitment Notification.NCRTC inviting applications for the positions of Deputy General Manager. Interested and Eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

Qualification Details:
To meet the requirement of experienced personnel in various disciplines, NCRTC invites applications from professionals working with Govt. organisations or its instrumentalities/ CPSEs/ Metro Rail Corporations etc. The detail is given below

1. Post & Pay-scale: Dy. General Manager (Civil) Rs.70000-200000

2. No. of Post & Cat: 03 (Three) UR

3. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Civil) or its equivalent.

4. Experience: Minimum 08 years experience in Civil Engineering construction works in Govt./PSUs & Govt. instrumentalities. -Out of the above, minimum 6 years experience should be in construction of tunnels/ underground/ elevated stations/ viaduct/ tracks, bridges/ flyovers etc. in Metro Rail/ Railways/ Highways projects. Experience of contract management is desirable.

 

1. Post & Pay-scale: Dy. General Manager (Track) Rs.70000-200000

2. No. of Post & Cat: 01 (One) (UR)

3. Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech.(Civil) or its equivalent.

4. Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in the field of Civil Engineering construction works. -Out of the above, minimum 3 years should be in planning of Ballast-less track for LRT, Metro Rail, High Speed/ Freight Railways and its Design, analysis (including Rail Structure interaction) and documentation of rail engineering works and processes from Feasibility and Design to Implementation and in the development and preparation of track design criteria and track works specifications. -He should be well versed with the various types of ballast-less track available and its designing.

2. No. of Post & Cat: 01 (One) (UR)

3. Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech.(Civil) or its equivalent. -PreerableM.Tech. in Structure Engineering

4. Experience: 

a. Minimum 8 years experience, which includes structural design of buildings, viaducts, flyovers, tunnels etc. with superstructures comprising of steel structures, composite structures, segmental, U-girder; I-girder, box girder including design of pre-stressed and RCC spans for Rail/ road bridges.

b. Out of the above experience minimum 3 years’ experience should be in structural design of bridges, viaducts, buildings, tunnels of Railways/ Metros/Highways. -Should have good hands on design software like STAAD, E-tab, Strap etc. and sound knowledge of IS, IRS, IRC and other relevant codes related to design of above components. Knowledge of relevant European codes, International codes and basic design philosophy. -Experience in Metro Rail/ Railways projects will be preferred.

5. Physical & Medical Fitness: The applicant should not only be suitable in related field, but also should be physically and medically fit enough. In case of selection, candidates will have to undergo a medical examination as per the Corporation policy.

6. Surety Bond & Probation Period: The selected candidates shall have to execute a Surety Bond of Rs.1,50,000 to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of one year. After joining, the candidate has to undergo a probation period as per Corporation policy. A three months’ prior notice, will be required to be served before seeking resignation from the Corporation.

(ii) Work experience Certificate issued by last employer and Letter/ Office Order of appointment with latest salary slip issued by current employer.
(iii) Copies of the APARs
(iv) Office order of joining the organization & initial grade.
(v) Office order showing promotion to present grade.
(vi) Experience Certificate/ Office Order/Duty allocation order etc.
(vii) ‘NOC’ from concerned Department/ Employer. In case of nonavailability, undertaking to submit the same at further stage of selection.

Selection Process :
(a) Based on the eligibility/ experience in the relevant field, shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
(b) NCRTC reserves the right to conduct a written examination for all posts in case the number of application received from eligible candidates is high. The detail of written examination, if any, shall be communicated to the candidates in advance and candidates have to make their own arrangements for travel and stay.
(c) The candidates will be offered position in NCRTC on immediate absorption basis with respect to his eligibility vis-à-vis his last position in parent organization and length of service or as per the suitability decided by the selection committee.
