4. Qualification:
i. B. Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B. Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council / Jharkhand State Nursing Council recognized university or Institute or B. Sc. (Post Certificate) / Post Basic B. Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing council / State Nursing council recognized institute/ University.
ii. Registered as Nurse & Midwife with State / Indian Nursing Council. or
i. Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing council recognized Institute / Board or Council
ii. Registered as Nurse & Midwife with State / Indian Nursing Council.
5. Experience: Two Years' Experience in a minimum 50 bedded Hospital after acquiring the educational qualification mentioned above as applicable. The required two years of experience as in (B) (iii) above is an essential criterion and to be valid, the experience shall must be acquired after obtaining Essential Qualification and registration with State / Indian Nursing Council.

Selection Procedure :
i. Selection is based exclusively on written test scores. Candidates who obtain minimum qualifying marks in aggregate shall only be considered by the RIMS for preparing the merit list.
ii. Candidates belonging to any of the reserved category and selected on merit fixed for unreserved candidates shall not be adjusted against the reserved category vacancies.
iii. Whenever candidates belonging to reserved category avail the benefits of relaxation of age, minimum qualifying marks fixed for reserved candidates appearing in examination at any stage then such candidates would be adjusted against the vacancies of a reserved category only.
iv. Scrutinizing of all online applications received will be done to assess eligibility of the candidates.
v. After screening & scrutiny, written test will be conducted for shortlisted can idates. Admit card for written test will be issued.
