The Company is headquartered in Mumbai, with a registered office in New Delhi. There is requirement for filling up the post of Managing Director. The details are as follows:

6. Job Description And Responsibilities: The Company is looking for a dynamic professional for the post of Managing Director who can drive the organization to achieve excellence with sustain growth.
"Managing Director" is a member of Board of Directors and as Chief Executive, will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the Company and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliances and to lead the organization on its growth path efficiently and effectively. He/She is responsible for the efficient functioning of the company for achieving its corporate objectives and performance parameters. "Managing Director" is head of the organization and is responsible for delivery of the projects including project monitoring, planning, construction, operation, and maintenance etc.

7. Qualifications and Experience: The applicant should be an engineering graduate with good academic record from a recognized university/ institution. He should possess minimum 25 years of experience out of which at least 3 years at senior level of management in a large organization of repute. He should have relevant experience in project management/ project development/ project operation and maintenance of Railway systems/financial management. Candidates having post graduate qualifications in Engineering/Business Administration and/or having experience in management of large infrastructure projects in Railways and/or Port sector will have an added advantage.

Age:
As on the Date of Vacancy (09.05.2021): Not more than 57 years. (For Internal Candidates: Not more than 58 Years) Age of superannuation is 60 years.

General Instructions:
1. All qualifications should be recognized by UGC/AICTE/AIU(GOI)

2. Additional weightage may be given to candidates having additional relevant qualifications.

3. Company reserves the right to raise/modify the eligibility criteria in minimum educational qualification and/or minimum work experience.

4. Appointment shall be subject to Service and Conduct Rules of the Corporation. 

5. Working knowledge of Computers including MS- Office is essential for the above post.

Selection Process:
After scrutinizing all the applications received for the post, only short-listed candidates will be called for interview by the Selection Committee constituted by the Board of IPRCL. The decision of the Selection Committee will be final and no correspondence on the decision of the Committee will be entertained in this regard.
