Qualification Details:
Filling up Thirteen (13) vacancies [Six (06) for Un reserved, Three (03) OBC, Two (02) SC, One (01) ST and one (01) EWS category] in the Grade of Security Guard (General Central Service Group 'C' Non- Gazetted Non-MinisteriaI) in the Pay Band-I, Level-I (pre revised BP-I, Rs. 5200-20,200 + G.P - 1800 of 6th CPC) in the Office of the Development Commissioner on Direct Recruitment basis — reg.
1. Post: Security Guard
2. Eligibility Conditions:
(a) Essential: VIII Standard pass or equivalent examination of a recognized institution.
(b) Ex-servicemen who have served as Sepoy or equivalent grades and have passed V Standard examination of a recognized institution. Minimum Physical standards: (i) Men: (a) Height: 165 cms. (b) Chest: Min 78.75 cms Expanded 83.75 cms (c) Weight: 50 kgs. (d) Eye sight: Normal with or without wearing glasses.
(ii) Women: (a) Height: Not less than 153 cms. (b) Chest: Not applicable (c) Weight: Proportionate to hight (d) Eye sight: Normal with or without wearing glasses.
3. Period of Probation: The candidates will be on probation for a period of Two (02) years.
Age:
Between 18 and 25 years (upto 28 years in respect of OBC category and upto 30 years in respect of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe candidates. Relaxation for Govt. Servants and Ex-serviceman will be in accordance with the instructions/ orders issued by the Central Govt.
Note:
1. Candidates should not have knock-knee or nat foot.
2. Incomplete applications and applications without photocopies of certificate and applications received after the last date shall not be considered. Mere fulfilling the essential and desirable qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for consideration for recruitment.
