Applications are invited, for appointrnent to the post of Deputy Director General (Personnel & Administration) in Geologica Survey of India at Central Headquarters. Kolkata on deputation basis.
1. Post Name: Deputy Director General
2. The mode of recruitment to the iS 'Deputation' in Pay Band-4. Rs. 37.400 - 67,000. (GP Rs. 10000)/.), Eligibility for the post-the officers under the Central or State Government or Union Territories-
3. (A) (i) holding analogous post on regular basjs in the parent cadre/Department Organization; or
(ii) with two years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in in the pay Rs. 37400-67000 plus grade Rs. or equivalent in the parent cadre/department. or
(iii) With three years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on basis in in the pay band 4. Rs, 37400-67000 plus grade pay of Rs. or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department organization; and
4. (B) Possessing the following educational qualification and experience:
(i) Bachelor Degree from a Recognised University: and
(ii) Fifteen years' experience in administration, account, establishment. legal and vigilance matters put together in Group 'A' post.
